E-mail Us

1. List and express your complaints via e-mail with the following pattern:
  • the City Office or official concerned,
  • the details of your complaint and
  • possible resolution/action you think would solve it.
  • 2. Send your complaint via e-mail to : complaints@alaminoscity.gov.ph
    3. Wait for the response to your e-mail containing the advised resolution/action for your complaint through e-mail, mail, phone and other means.

    1.Visit our website and download a complaint form from our City Services page and fill it properly.
    2. Upon accomplishing the complaint form, proceed to City Hall for submission.
    3. Wait for the response containing the advised resolution/action for your complaint through mail, phone and other means.

    1. Visit the City Hall and proceed to the Information counter and present your complaint.
    2. You will be directed to the office or official that concerns and will provide the possible resolution for your grievance or complaint.
    3. You will receive immediate answers to your questions and discussion of the details of your complaint, as well as the possible resolution for it.
