Long time ago, there was a sitio of Barangay Telbang called “Taytay-Bakes.” The main sources of income in this sitio are farming and fishing. Because of unity and cooperation, it was established as one Barangay. Sitio “Taytay-Bakes” became Barangay Victoria. In this place, you can find the famous “One Island” which attracts tourists. Barangay Victoria has an area of 593 square km.
