Pandan is located between barangays Sabangan and Telbang. This Barangay is along a discrete shoreline that faces the famous tourist destination in Alaminos, the “Hundred Islands”  and the Lucap bay.

This Barangay got its name from the abundant growth of "Pandan", a shrub with aromatic leaves commonly used by the local residents to enhance the flavor and aroma of rice and some of their native cakes.
