Business establishments in the city increase in diversity. Thus the need for keeping track of its progress. Mr. Bernard Capitle, and his staff are tasked to do the meticulous job of assessing and reviewing the permits, renewal and retirement forms of businesses in the city, as well as evaluating the conduct of businesses. They are also in charge of developing efficient and comprehensive systems that will make business venturing easier in the city.
