Owning a real property denotes responsibility. And the City makes sure that its citizens know their responsibilities to the city and their fellow Alaminians. Mrs. Josephine Lagmay, together with her able staff, is the vigilant party that duly monitors, assesses and collects all the Real Property Tax payments and Transfer Tax payments of the city, maintaining order and fairness with regards to property/ies. With the city’s economic inevitable growth, which attracts people from other places to acquire real properties or maybe settle here, this team double their dedication and expert efforts to ensure that the city gets the due finances that would be used for the betterment of the quality of life of its people.
